We want you to feel confident registering for the workshop. Because this is a live, scheduled digital experience, the following refund terms apply:
- You may request a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled workshop start time.
- Refund requests made within 24 hours of the start time, or after the workshop has begun, cannot be processed, as your seat has been reserved and materials/access prepared.
- Once the lifetime recording has been delivered, that portion of the purchase is non-refundable.
- If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next available session.
