By registering for or purchasing access to the Conscious Canvas Movement workshop, you agree to the following terms.
We provide access to a live, online art-therapy workshop delivered via Zoom, and — where purchased — a recording of the session. The workshop is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider, TagMango. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include the workshop at ₹99, with an optional add-on for lifetime recording access at ₹199 total.
Joining details are sent to the email and/or WhatsApp number you provide. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details and to join at the scheduled time.
All workshop content, recordings, and materials are the property of Conscious Canvas Movement and may not be copied, recorded, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
We ask all participants to be respectful during the session. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the experience for others, without refund.
Participation is voluntary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conscious Canvas Movement is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation. Please also read our Disclaimer.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
